This includes the capability to have all listings, managed properties, sales and clients in one datafile, with each office’s data clearly segmented and identified. With the addition of the Real Oz General Ledger module, the profitability of each individual office can be tracked separately, and a consolidated P&L Statement is produced across all the offices, together with the consolidated GST return for the entire Company. The Real Oz General Ledger can also run any other type of business’s you may have a financial interest in.

We also have a product called the “Web Stock Reporter”. This product is specifically designed for multi-branched offices. The listings, and the vacant rental properties, from across all the offices are loaded automatically to a secured web page which only your staff can access.

If any changes are made to a property, such as a price change, key location change, it becomes unconditional, … if any changes to a property’s information, then the change is automatically updated on the Web Stock Reporter web site.

Salespeople and Property Managers can search listings by price, regions, areas, suburbs or even by street name. They can print stock sheets, and brochures of individual properties, straight from this internal use web site. Advanced searches allow search for specific features such as does the property have a pool, fencing, number of bedrooms, type of garaging, etc.

The Web Stock Reporter allows all the stock available between all the offices to be known to all salespeople and property managers, and searched, identified, and then sold or tenanted. This means the cross selling, and tenanting, of properties across the offices is greatly simplified.
